Through over 20 years of my own dedicated personal development and 17 years of professional practice, working with multiple therapeutic, coaching and shamanic tools, I've developed a unique way of working with clients multidimensionally. Combining deeply embodied and integrated personal growth, with professional training in various spiritual, healing and therapeutic modalities, I create a container of deep transformation on all levels of your being.

I believe that our body is a sacred temple, and it should be treated with care, love and respect. It's a divine vessel that allows the soul to have a human experience. Holistic Bodywork is not just a "massage", it's a journey, where we use the body as a gateway, to access deeper parts of you, communicate with all the layers, tap into your cellular memory, speak with fascia, allow the nervous system to reset, the muscles to release and the mind to let go.

I've been working with Ayahuasca and San Pedro for over 13 years now, offering transformational experiences for groups and individuals from all parts of the world. Having trained in the Amazon jungle, I am honoured to be able to share these ancestral Medicines, and combine this sacred practice with modern therapeutic tools, for the maximum benefit. What I offer is unique, as I only work with very small groups and individuals, to be able to provide the level of safety, care and assistance, so that you can truly experience a life changing journey.
I wish I could tell you a story about a rosy path to enlightenment. But for me it certainly was not the case. Spirit had a plan for me, to go through a thorny road, where I'd be tested in all ways possible, to ensure that every single tool I share today, is as embodied, understood and integrated as possible. I didn't just learn about trauma and pain, I had to live it, in order to alchemise it in my body, heart and soul; to go through my personal hell and walk out the other side, so that I could test on myself every healing method I can find, radiate with transformation and become a living proof that anything is possible.
Today my life is incredible, abundant, harmonious and peaceful. I do what I love, I'm well, healthy, I have a great partner and a beautiful daughter. I live in a paradise on Costa Tropical, immersed in nature, breathtaking views, surrounded by loving tribe of my soul family. But it wasn't always that way...

Group Retreats
I regularly facilitate retreats that combine ancient spiritual tools with modern psychotherapy in a very safe and nurturing environment. These gatherings provide a sacred space for individuals to explore their inner worlds and experience deep transformation.
The groups are purposely very small, to allow me to give maximum attention to each participant and make sure that they leave balanced, grounded and equipped in the necessary tools, to help them integrate easily with their everyday reality.
During those retreats we work with Sacred Plants, such as Ayahuasca, San Pedro, Ceremonial Cacao, combining them with energy and sound healing, powerful bodywork and various therapeutic modalities, to address multiple layers of our being, and access different aspects of what we're coming to transform.
1:1 Plant Medicine Ceremonies
I offer a private, tailor-made Sacred Plants retreats and Ceremonies (usually with Ayahuasca) in the serene beauty of Spain’s Costa Tropical — a space for deep healing, reflection, and transformation. Designed entirely around you, this one-on-one experience weaves therapeutic guidance with traditional plant medicine wisdom, ensuring a safe, professional, and profoundly personal journey.
